I GOT MY FIRST STRIPE!!

   



       Yesterday was monday May 21st 2018  I had Judo and I got to lead class because it was a short day and we didn't have many people. First you rotate your heads, then hands on your hips andact like your using a hoolahoop. After that you put your arms out and do circles with your wrists. Then you do circles backwards and forwards with your arms. THENNNNN you put your hands on your knees and do circles with your knees. Then you do a sidefall, and put one leg over the other and bend your toes while doing circles with your ankle. Then you do the other leg but im not going to write all the excersises because there are a lot more of them. After class was over I had to take a step forwards and get a stripe on my belt for improving a lot since I first came. It was kind of awkward.
